Pandora is a 9 year old blue brindle female ex coursing greyhound from Ireland. Stunning girl and very loving.

Loves people and cuddles!

She came over with her kennel mate Apollo and these 2 were inseparable but unfortunately, Apollo has recently lost his battle with cancer and Pandora and ourselves have had to say a very sad goodnight to him. This has been a very devastating time for Pandora as many of us humans do not realise the impact losing a companion has on a dog. It is just like us losing our partner. Please do think about this! We are working with Pandora and trying Jack with her

Pandora is quite a big strong dog and takes some handling on the lead and is somewhat different to a racing greyhound - she is very much more aware of her surroundings and always on the lookout for anything moving about so you need to keep a strong hold of the lead and learn 'not to relax'! This is partly the reason she is still here. We have not found anyone suitable to take her, mainly as we could not separate her and Apollo at the time. But you never know now though age may now be against her?

You will receive a certificate (dog of your choice), a letter form your chosen sponsor dog and information about your new friend.

You are more than welcome to come and visit your new friend here at the rescue.

All funds go towards, food, bedding, vets bills and care of the greyhounds.
